I wanted to share with you a creation I made with the February Stamp of the Month. The stamp set is an Easter Egg set. I just was not in the mood to create with Easter Eggs just yet. Maybe it's because the ground is covered with snow. Maybe it's because Easter means all those silly plastic Easter Eggs my kids like to fill with candy and hide them outside, inside and everywhere else they can find to hide them. I usually am still finding plastic eggs in December.
Give me a month or so and I will be ready for Easter and eggs because that means we are closer to SPRING. Anyway I used the eggs and created a flower.
I used the following items to create this layout. Items can be ordered by contacting me or click HERE to go to my CTMH Website.

What Scrapbook Item are you?
I had a friend send me this fun little quiz a few weeks ago. It just takes a few minutes and it's very fun. Leave me a comment and let me know which item you are. Click HERE to take the quiz.
If you are wondering which item I was I have posted my results below.

You are GLUE!
You are the adhesive that keeps things together. You go through life helping others. You stick to people and try to keep people together. You like it best when you are surrounded by people and able to help them. But Glue Beware - in your efforts to keep everyone together and with you, you sometimes overlook yourself and find it hard to keep yourself together. Don't neglect personal time in your overwhelming need to socialize and help others.

LOVE this message
This poem was sent to me by a sweet friend. It has two messages in it. First read the poem and them go back and read just the bold words.
THANK you GOD for everything
the big things and the small.
FOR EVERY good GIFT comes from God
the giver of them all,
AND help us to REMEMBER
that the key TO life and living
is to make each prayer a
PRAYer of thanks and EVERY DAY
life.

Celebrate National Papercrafting Month
Did you know that January is National Papercrafting Month? Well it is and to help you celebrate CTMH has a fun special called "Key To My Heart".
I just LOVE this special and I wanted to share a few things I have put together. This layout was inspired by Jeanette. It says "Four REASONS you hold the key to my heart" Because I have four kids I made a tag for each of them that goes in the pocket of the left hand page. I plan to write a little note to each child letting them know why they hold the key to my heart. Hopefully I can find a moment this week when I am having a good day and not yelling to write each of them a note (LOL) Actaully thy are great kids and they do hold the key to my heart so I want to put that in writing so they will always remember.
You can also make lots of fun cards and papercrafts with this kit as well. I have used the following supplies to create the layout and cards. All supplies can be ordered by contacting me or on my CTMH website

January Kit of the Month-"Aspen"
The wait for snow is over. I didn't have any current photos of the kids in the snow. For this layout I had to go back to 2003 to find any snow photos that I had not already scrapbooked. Well the wait is over and we have had plenty of snow.
PHOTO SUGGESTIONS:
Left Page: 5x5
Right Page: 2.5 x5, 5.5x5, 2.5x5
Once Rachael got home from college the kids all decided to have a snowball fight. The snow was just perfect.
PHOTO SUGGESTIONS:
Left Page: 5x7, 3x4
Right Page: 5x7, 3x3 (3)
Of course the major battle was between Rachael and Alyssa. They were both covered with snow and laughing. It was a great day.

Right Page: 5x7, 3x3 (2), 4x6
